This year, our Brookline Interfaith Clergy have offered a 17+minute reflection on “Gratitude as an Act of Resilience and Resistance,” as an alternative to their annual Thanksgiving worship. It features local rabbis, ministers, the Executive Director of the Brookline Food Pantry and our own pastor, Kent French, who serves as lead convener of this group.

Members of the Exalting, Gathering, and Hearts and Hands teams have put together Advent care packages for our congregation. The goal for these packages is to create a feeling of common, tangible, shared worship experience for Advent midweek worship, greening of your homes, and sense of being remembered and cared for.

Each year, we decorate the Sanctuary on the Sunday before Christmas Eve with poinsettias donated by individuals and families honoring or in remembrance of a family member or friend. Even though we cannot gather in person this year, we are continuing this beloved tradition.
